We aim to ensure all orders are received on time and are sent out in unbranded and discreet packaging. We use Royal Mail signed for delivery and Royal Mail special next day delivery.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day using the selected delivery method. Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday, again via the shipping method selected.
Tracked Delivery to your door or nearest Post Office
For maximum peace of mind, all UK orders are sent with tracking to your door. You can easily track your order on the Royal Mail website with the tracking code we automatically send to you. You can also enter a Safeplace where the postman or woman can leave your parcel if you’re not in. Please note this will be at the discretion of your delivery person. What if you’re out when your order arrives?
If your parcel is taken to the nearest delivery office you will have to go and collect your parcel. Your postperson will leave a card telling you where you can collect your discreetly packaged order.
If you are dissatisfied with any item, it may be returned unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt.
• We cannot accept non-defective exchanges on items that have been opened.
• All items may not be returned unless they are defective.
• Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return.
• Pre-authorisation is required for all returns and exchanges.
If on receipt of your delivery you find that the box has been damaged or opened, or its contents are missing, please ensure that you take a photograph of the damaged packaging which should be emailed to us and if you are at home during the delivery write “Damaged/opened/missing content when delivered by courier. If you are not at home when the product is delivered this is not a problem, you only need to send us the photograph of the damaged packaging via email and we will take up the issue directly with the courier and pursue compensation.
To return or exchange a product, you must contact us directly at email@example.com. We will provide you with a returns number and postage label. As well as provide the latest necessary details to make sure your return runs as smoothly as possible.
